Overview
Focus Demolition was engaged to undertake demolition and removal works forming part of the Perth Concert Hall Redevelopment Project, led by ADCO Constructions for the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport.
The scope involved the controlled demolition of the southern forecourt and adjoining structures to prepare the site for redevelopment of the heritage-listed venue. Works were completed within a live CBD environment and required meticulous planning to protect the existing building fabric, manage public interfaces, and maintain full compliance with heritage and environmental conditions.
Focus Demolition worked closely with the project delivery team to sequence demolition activities safely and efficiently, ensuring the site was handed over for main construction works on schedule.
